Hierdie Bepalings en Voorwaardes reguleer jou gebruik van ons webwerf www.kakiebos.co.za en die aankoop van produkte vanaf ons aanlyn winkel. Deur ons Webwerf te gebruik, stem jy in om aan hierdie Bepalings en Voorwaardes te voldoen. Indien jy nie instem nie, moenie die Webwerf gebruik nie.
1. Algemene Voorwaardes
1.1. Jy moet minstens 18 jaar oud wees of ouerlike toestemming hê om hierdie Webwerf te gebruik.
1.2. Ons behou die reg voor om enige aspek van die Webwerf te wysig of te staak sonder kennisgewing.

2. Produkte en Bestellings
2.1. Alle produkte wat op ons Webwerf vertoon word, is onderhewig aan beskikbaarheid.
2.2. Ons poog om produkbeskrywings, prente en pryse akkuraat te hou; foute kan egter voorkom. Ons behou die reg voor om enige foute reg te stel en enige geaffekteerde bestellings te kanselleer.
2.3. Die plasing van ‘n bestelling op ons Webwerf vorm ‘n aanbod om ‘n produk te koop. Ons behou die reg voor om bestellings na ons diskresie te weier of te kanselleer.
2.4. Pryse word in Suid-Afrikaanse Rand vertoon en sluit toepaslike belastings in of uit, afhangende van jou ligging.
3. Betalings
3.1. Ons aanvaar slegs betaal metodes soos uiteengesit op ons webwerf.
3.2. Betaling moet ten volle gemaak word voordat ‘n bestelling verwerk word.
3.3. Transaksies word beveilig, maar ons is nie verantwoordelik vir ongemagtigde toegang tot jou betaalbesonderhede nie.
4. Versending en Aflewering
4.1. Versendingskoste en geskatte afleweringstye word tydens die afrekening verskaf.
4.2. Ons is nie verantwoordelik vir vertragings as gevolg van derdeparty-koeriers of doeane nie.
4.3. Die risiko van verlies en eienaarskap van items gaan oor na jou by aflewering.
5. Terugsendings en Terugbetalings
5.1. Ons aanvaar terugsendings binne 14 dae na aflewering indien die item ongedra, ongeskonde en in sy oorspronklike verpakking is.
5.2. Terugbetalings word uitgereik na die oorspronklike betaalmetode sodra die teruggestuurde item geïnspekteer is.
5.3. Uitverkopings- of afslagitems mag nie vir terugsendings kwalifiseer nie, tensy dit defektief is.
6. Intellektuele Eiendom
6.1. Alle inhoud op die Webwerf, insluitend beelde, teks, logo’s en grafika, is die eiendom van Kakiebos Holdings (PTY) Ltd en word deur intellektuele eiendomswette beskerm.
6.2. Jy mag nie inhoud reproduseer, versprei of gebruik sonder ons vooraf skriftelike toestemming nie.
7. Gebruikersgedrag
7.1. Jy stem in om nie ons Webwerf vir onwettige, beledigende of bedrieglike aktiwiteite te gebruik nie.
7.2. Ons mag jou toegang tot die Webwerf beëindig indien ons ‘n oortreding van hierdie bepalings bepaal.
8. Privaatheidsbeleid
8.1. Jou gebruik van ons Webwerf word ook beheer deur ons Privaatheidsbeleid, wat verduidelik hoe ons jou persoonlike data insamel, gebruik en beskerm.
