Omruilings
As jy nie 100% tevrede is met jou ongebruikte aankoop nie, stuur dit asseblief binne 14 dae na ontvangs terug vir ‘n uitruiling of terugbetaling. Dit moet in sy oorspronklike verpakking teruggestuur word, en dit sal op jou eie koste wees. Sodra ons jou terugsendingsartikel ontvang en geïnspekteer het, sal ons jou terugbetaal of ‘n uitruiling doen, afhangende van jou voorkeur.
Beskadigde / Defektiewe Items
Dit is Kakiebos se beleid om te verseker dat alle goedere in perfekte toestand aan ons kliënte verskaf word en dat elke voorsorgmaatreël getref word om die integriteit van elke produk wat ons verkoop, te beskerm.
As jy jou goedere in ‘n beskadigde of gebreekte toestand ontvang het, sal ons die beskadigde item(s) sonder koste vir jou kom haal en omruil, mits jy ons binne 14 dae na aflewering van die beskadigde item(s) in kennis stel.
Verkeerde Items
As ons vir jou ‘n verkeerde item gestuur het, stel ons asseblief so gou moontlik of binne 14 dae na ontvangs daarvan in kennis. Ons sal die verkeerde item kom haal en dit met die regte een vervang. Alternatiewelik sal ons die verkeerde item kom haal en jou terugbetaal.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your unused purchase, please return it within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. It must be returned in its original packaging, and return shipping will be at your own expense. Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will issue a refund or process an exchange, depending on your preference.
Damaged / Defective Items
It is Kakiebos’ policy to ensure that all goods are provided to our customers in perfect condition and that every precaution is taken to protect the integrity of each product we sell.
If you received your goods in a damaged or broken condition, we will collect and replace the damaged item(s) at no cost to you, provided you notify us within 14 days of delivery of the damaged item(s).
Incorrect Items
If we sent you an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible or within 14 days of receiving it. We will collect the incorrect item and replace it with the correct one. Alternatively, we will collect the incorrect item and refund you.
